Outlook is Microsoft's email account service (formerly Hotmail, then Live), which is one of the most popular free web based email services, with a large user base around the world. Outlook is not only a simple email messaging application but it is also a feature-rich organization and communication platform that focuses on getting things done for you.
Outlook allows you to organize your email and contacts easily, manage your schedule with the built-in calendar tools, work on and share Office files hosted on some of the popular file storage sites like Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive, connect to other apps such as Skype, Wunderlist, Evernote, Yelp, Uber, PayPal and more. In short, Outlook offers a nice selection of tools for your electronic communications and organizational needs.

How to Enable Outlook Keyboard Shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts in Outlook (we are referring to the website version Outlook.com here) are turned on by default but just to make sure that they are enabled, or to enable them if they are disabled, simply follow the steps below.
STEP 1: Log in to your Outlook account at outlook.com.
STEP 2: Click the Settings icon at the top right corner of the window, to the left of your profile icon, and then select Options from the dropdown menu.
STEP 3: On the Options page, select General from the left menu and then click Keyboard Shortcuts.
STEP 4: Make sure Outlook is selected from the list and click Save.
From now on, the keyboard shortcuts will work actively during your Outlook sessions. We can now continue with the list of shortcuts.
